Local Storage: To ensure maximum privacy and offline reliability, all data is stored locally on the School's hardware. Freeman-Tech Solutions does not store sensitive student information on our own external servers.
Diagnostic Data: In the event of a system error, the System may generate an automated "Error Log" or "Alert." This log contains technical information (e.g., error codes, time of occurrence) to help our team fix the issue.
